Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cala, a community platform operated by Future Nostalgia Studios Inc (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Cala, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Your account
You need to provide accurate information and keep your login secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cala.
Communities and content
Creators run their own communities on Cala and set their own house rules. You keep ownership of the content you post; you grant us the permission needed to host and display it within the service. Don’t post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful, and respect the community you’re in.
Payments
Some communities charge for membership. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t store your card details. Where we facilitate a paid membership, a platform fee may apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and refunds are handled together with the creator and Stripe.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — no illegal activity, abuse of others, attempts to break or overload the platform, or scraping data without permission.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Cala at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or its members at risk.
Disclaimers
Cala is provided “as is” while we build toward launch. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use Cala after an update means you accept the revised terms.
